"The purpose of this report is twofold. The first is to provide ODDA with information about how well their services have been received by communities that participated in the Resource Team process over the last four years. This information will allow ODDA to tailor future services to better meet the needs of Oregon Communities.

The second purpose is to gather information about how communities in Oregon are approaching revitalization. The information will aid in identifying barriers at the local level, and inform OECDD and ODDA about communities accomplishments need to realize their goals and improve the livability of their communities."
