The Oregon Downtown Development Association (ODDA) helps communities revitalize, develop and promote their downtowns and neighborhood business districts as economic, historic, civic and cultural centers.

Using a hands-on approach, ODDA assists communities in developing local leadership and capacity to manage and fund a comprehensive downtown revitalization program. We assist downtown districts in accomplishing their goals of revitalization and community vitality by providing tools, training, technical assistance and affiliation with a statewide network of volunteer downtown and neighborhood business associations.
